Why a Hihara shrine? Well besides the fact that he's cute and gorgeous he has an amazing personality. You almost never see him down and he's always the one that's happy and is trying to cheer up others. Plus he's immature for his age so he always makes some sort of blunder and it always lightens up the mood in the series. Besides all that I really don't know why I like Hihara, I just do. Plus he deserves a lot more attention, everything is always revolved around Tsukimori, Tsuchiura or Yunoki. I like characters that are under the spotlight, I think. (Well most of my shrines are on subjects that aren't too popular)

The name, Best Friend comes from Hihara's relationship with Hino. Hihara supports Hino no matter what and loves to help her and talk to her. His attitude towards her is somewhat what a good friend or best friend would do and hence the name Best Friend. Oh, and I'm lame at thinking of names so um, that explains it too.
